Recursive is looking for people with expertise and a passion for sustainability. Recursive gathers people who want to grow themselves without being bound by conventional business formats and work styles in the ever-changing social business environment. Recursive started with two people in August 2020 and has been growing steadily ever since. We are looking for people who can share the value of "creating a sustainable society" regardless of nationality, gender, or age.

Recursive can only work when we take collaboration to be our top priority. Our workplace has zero tolerance for harassment or toxic behavior, deliberate bad performance, as well as any behaviors that undermine the culture we wish to create. We will only be able to achieve the goals of closing more impactful projects, and achieving “kandou” for the ones we are executing, if all teams come together and collaborate.
